  Pack Your Shoes

  Place the unworn footwear in its original packaging and secure it within a shipping box, ensuring the prepaid label is clearly visible on the outside.

  Drop Off and Refund

  Deliver your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
